About me and my journey
Dogs have always been part of my heart and family. My passion started early and truly blossomed when I began working with animals as a teenager.
In Year 10, I completed a Cert II in Animal Studies at TAFE, and volunteered at an equine property, as well as completing work placement at Symbio Wildlife Park, where I found a special love for dingoes.
I spent over a year volunteering at the Bargo Dingo Sanctuary, caring for them, walking them, and tending to their needs. Some were domesticated, so I even taught basic commands like sit and lie down. But what intrigued me most was how close they remained to the natural world of dogs. Watching their instincts and natural behavior was so intriguing, and honestly beautiful. That’s what truly captured my love for dogs and the canine world as a whole.
After that, I began a Cert III in Animal Studies and Dog Grooming, but halfway through, I realised my true passion was for dog behavior.
I completed my Cert III in Dog Behaviour and Training with the National Dog Training Federation, and since then, I’ve been on a journey of learning and growing. I’ve worked at doggy daycares, attended seminars with trusted trainers, and I hold basic animal first aid.
Today, I’m part of a dog training business in Wollongong, mentored by a professional trainer. I lead structured pack walks, walking up to five dogs at a time.
My approach is rooted in kindness and trust. I care for every dog as if they were my own.
I believe in tailoring my care to each dog's unique needs, whether it’s an anxious dog, a fully energetic dog, or a new puppy.
I’m here to help them thrive, with experience handling all different types of dog behavior. I’m excited to continue growing, learning, and caring for each dog that comes into my life.
